Where can I get a Crypto wallet if I don't have one yet?

What kinds of payments are accepted?

Credit and debit cards from VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, and Maestro are accepted for purchases. Check to see if you can use your card to make international purchases.

What information is required to process payments made with credit or debit cards?

Card number (16 digits), expiration date (MM/YY format), CVV/CVC code found on the back of the card, card name, address, zip code, city, country, and phone number are all required by our payment gateway.

Why am I required to submit KYC after making a purchase?

To comply with "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and "Anti-Money Laundering" (AML) regulations, this additional level of authentication is required of a licensed and regulated payment processing company.

Is there a deadline for completing KYC following a successful purchase?

Yes, you have 72 hours from the time you made your purchase to successfully complete the KYC verification process. If you don't, we'll have to cancel your order and give you a full refund.

After completing KYC, what is next? When will I get my cryptocurrency?

We will begin the process of transferring the Crypto to your wallet once you have successfully completed the KYC verification process. The speed at which the cryptocurrency receives three confirmations in the blockchain explorer typically determines how long it takes to appear in your wallet.

Which cryptocurrencies are supported by you?

Right now we support trading fiat to BTC or ETC only.

What are your fees?

We get a fee when you buy crypto: 3.5 USD in addition to 4% of the crypto liquidity provider's rate.
