You will not be charged GST when purchasing the cryptocurrency because we do not mine it but rather acquire it on your behalf as part of our agent services. The GST on the Website commission will only be due by you.

The provisions only cover the cryptocurrency buying process through the Website's mediation.

The registration process and how to use your account

Registration process

You will need to accept these Terms and Conditions and register for an account (a "User Account") in order to use the Zintech Services. To do so, you will need to provide your name, email address, citizenship, country, and a password. By creating a User Account, you warrant and agree that you will not use our Services on behalf of any third party without our prior approval. You are entirely accountable for everything that happens under your User Account. We have complete discretion over whether or not to open a user account for you, limit the number of user accounts you can have, or suspend or terminate any user account or cryptocurrency trading.

Access to other people.

You acknowledge that granting permission to a third party to take specific actions on your behalf does not relieve you of any of your responsibilities under this Agreement even if you grant the third-party express permission to access or connect to your User Account(s) through the third party's product or service or the website. Any actions taken by a third party with access to one or more of your User Accounts will be deemed authorized by you and you will bear full responsibility for them. Verification of identity.

The identifying information and/or proof of identity you provide to Zintech may be the basis for your access to the Services and limits, such as daily or weekly conversion limits, withdrawal and trading limits, instant buy limits, transfer limits, and limits on transactions from a linked payment method.

Before allowing you to use any Services or engage in transactions exceeding certain volume limits, Zintech may require you to provide or verify additional information or to wait some time after a transaction has been completed.

You can make a request for higher limits. You will be required to submit to Enhanced Due Diligence by Zintech. Zintech does not promise to raise your limits, and additional costs and fees may be incurred.

Policy for canceling an account

On Zintech, any user has the option to cancel their account. When you close your User Account, your account will no longer be accessible. Please use the Contact Support form to send an inquiry in this regard. The Support Team will examine your request and respond within five to ten business days.

After you close your User Account and create a new one, you are welcome to use our services once more. A canceled User Account, on the other hand, cannot be reactivated in any way.

Details about the trading process

When you submit a Purchase request on our website, you also request our services. The final cost of our services, including the Commission, is included in our commercial services.

You will receive confirmation regarding the amount and price of the crypto you acquire as soon as you send your trade request after you submit an Order. The cryptocurrency will be held in escrow until your request is processed and confirmed by the website system.

You should adhere to the order form in order to fulfill your order.

The trading process is not direct and immediate.

If the user does not complete the payment or identification process in the correct manner, Zintech has the right to obstruct the purchase process. Users may not, for instance, make use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN), the Onion Router (TOR), or attempt to use the data of a third party to make the payment.

Using our contractual agreements with cryptocurrency exchanges, the system will send the cryptocurrency you ordered to your wallet as soon as you complete the payment for your order and our payment provider provides a confirmation. We are obligated to complete the return of facilities within the shortest amount of time if the system has hampered your normal purchase procedure. The bank system's processing or the time it takes to disconnect could result in the only timeout.

Appropriating the crypto assets to another electronic wallet

Our clients are permitted to proper their crypto just to some outer wallet, expected for keeping digital currencies.

Rendering Services

The system promptly moves forward with the execution of your Order as soon as we receive your purchase request. Please keep in mind that the speed of the entire process is limited by blockchain regulations; consequently, cryptocurrency may reach your electronic wallet within 24 hours.

Ways to Pay

Providing services for exchange.

Cryptocurrency is not mined by Zintech. Using our contractual agreements with crypto exchanges and sellers, we obtain the currency on your behalf. You grant Zintech permission to act solely as your exchange for crypto purchases made in accordance with your Order.

We handle the transaction on your behalf and at the most profitable rate among the crypto exchanges and sellers with whom we collaborate.

We use information about the current average price among the crypto exchanges with which we collaborate to determine the price that is shown in our advertisement. This way, we take into account, if necessary, the rate of exchange between fiat currencies and the Euro as well as the fluctuation of exchange prices.

We may pay a price that is different from what is specified in the contract and the customer order due to price fluctuations from the cryptocurrency exchange. As a result, the electronic currency may appear to be more expensive or less expensive than it actually is. Regardless, our customer is unaffected by this:

• we incur costs if the electronic currency we purchase on your behalf appears to be more expensive than the contract indicated.
• you acknowledge our right to keep the difference if the electronic currency we purchase on your behalf appears to be less expensive than the contract stated.

Commission

You pay the Commission along with your Order payment. In Euro terms, the Commission contributes a predetermined percentage to your Order.

The Commission will be communicated to you prior to your Order payment. The GST that we charge will be included in the Commission.

Following your completion of the Order, you will receive all of the operation's specifics: You will receive an invoice with information about the total Order value, the Commission rate, the crypto amount purchased, and GST.

You confirm that you will not use any Zintech Services or your User Account for any of the following:

Activity that would involve the proceeds of any illegal activity, or that would violate or assist in violating any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or sanctions programs administered in the countries where Zintech conducts business; distribute, publish, or disseminate anything that violates the law.

2. Abusive Behavior:

Actions that adversely affect, intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or information, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately high load on our infrastructure; upload or transmit any content to the website that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other potentially destructive software; endeavor to acquire unapproved admittance to the site, other Client Records, PC frameworks or organizations associated with the site, through secret key mining or some other means; use another person's User Account information to access or use the website, with the exception of certain merchants and/or applications that a user has specifically authorized to access that user's User Account and information; or grant a third party access to your account or rights to it, unless required to do so by law or with Zintech explicit permission.

3. Harass other users:

Interfere with the use of any Zintech Services by another person or entity; defame, harass, stalk, threaten, extort, or otherwise infringe on the legal rights of others, including but not limited to the rights to privacy, publicity, and intellectual property; hate, racial intolerance, or violent acts against others by inciting, threatening, facilitating, promoting, or encouraging them; without the appropriate consent, harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, from the website.

4. Fraud:

Activity designed to defraud Zintech, its users, or any other individual; give Zintech any information that is false, incorrect, or misleading.

Rights in Intellectual Property

All materials and services published on Zintech. exchange, including menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, the website's fonts and design, diagrams, layouts, methods, processes, functions, and software that are part of Zintech. exchange and are protected by copyright and by all other intellectual property rights of Zintech, are the property of Zintech, unless otherwise stated. Users acknowledge and agree that Zintech owns the intellectual property rights for all materials. The possession, access, and use of our services by the user do not grant the user or any third party any rights, titles, or interests in the aforementioned intellectual property.

Without Zintech prior written consent, users must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from Zintech.

Termination; Suspension; Cancellation.

Cancellation, Suspension, and Termination

We may: (a) refuse to complete, block, cancel, or reverse a transaction you have authorized (even after funds have been deducted from your User Account), b) restrict your access to any or all of the Zintech Services, and/or c) immediately deactivate or cancel your User Account for any reason, including but not limited to the following situations:

• we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary to safeguard our reputation;
• we believe, on a reasonable basis, that we are required to do so by any law, regulation, or court or other authority to which we are subject in any jurisdiction;
• we have a reasonable suspicion that you have broken this agreement;
• we have reason to believe that you have violated any of our Terms and Conditions or any other agreement, either earlier or later;
• we are concerned that a transaction is fraudulent, that your User Account security is compromised, or that the Zintech Services are being misused in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner;
• we believe there has been fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or some other financial crime;
• the use of your User Account is subject to any pending litigation, investigation, or government proceeding, and/or we believe that your User Account activity poses a greater risk of violating legal or regulatory requirements; and / or
• you take any action that may allow you to bypass our controls, such as creating multiple User Accounts or taking advantage of promotions that we may periodically offer.

If your credit or debit card or any other valid payment method linked to your User Account is declined, we may also refuse to complete, block, cancel, or reverse a transaction you have authorized.

Unless it would be illegal for us to do so, we will inform you of our actions and the reasons for refusal, suspension, or closure. Where appropriate, we will also provide you with the procedure for rectifying any factual errors that led to the refusal, suspension, or closure. If we refuse to complete a transaction, suspend, restrict, or close your User Account, or terminate your use of Zintech Services, we will do so. Once the reasons for our refusal to complete a transaction or suspend your User Account have been removed, we will lift the suspension or complete the transaction as soon as is reasonably possible. However, we are under no obligation to reinstate the suspended, reversed, or cancelled transaction at the same price or terms.

By providing you with 10 days' notice, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the Services as well as deactivate or cancel your User Account for any reason. You acknowledge that our decision to limit your access to, suspend, or close your User Account may be based on confidential criteria necessary to our risk management and security procedures. You acknowledge that we are not obligated to provide you with specifics regarding its security and risk management practices.

Consequences.

You are permitted to access your User Account for ten (10) days following the termination of this Agreement for any reason for the purpose of transferring the cryptocurrency(s), unless prohibited by applicable law or any court or other order to which Zintech is subject in any jurisdiction.

During these times, neither the Zintech Services nor your User Account may be used for any other purpose, and we reserve the right to restrict the website's functionality.

We reserve the right to require you to re-complete the Identity Verification procedures prior to permitting you to make an Order in the event that we for any reason suspend, close, or terminate your use of Zintech Services. If you cancel your User Account, you won't be charged anything, but you will have to pay any money we still owe you. At the time of cancellation, you grant us permission to cancel or suspend any pending transactions.

Limitation of liability and indemnification.

Indemnification.

If you violate this Agreement or violate any law, rule, or regulation, or the rights of any third party, you agree to reimburse us, our affiliates, service providers, and each of our or their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, or representatives for any reasonable costs (including attorneys' fees and any fines, fees, or penalties imposed by any regulatory authority) incurred in connection with claims, demands, or damages. You agree that neither we nor any of our affiliates or service providers, nor any of our respective officers, directors, agents, joint venturers, employees, or representatives will be held liable for any claims, demands, or damages (actual or consequential, direct or indirect) of any kind or nature arising out of or in any way connected with disputes with users of the Zintech Services other than Zintech.

Restrictions on Liability

Zintech total liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims for losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses you may incur as a result of Zintech breach of this Agreement is limited to the highest Commission value applicable to the ordered transaction at the time of the claim. This sum will be limited to the purchase or sale amount (as applicable) of the disputed transaction whenever we are considering a specific claim related to a specific transaction. Any obligations we have under applicable law and regulation, such as our duty to provide the Zintech Services with reasonable care and skill, are relevant to the limitation of liability in this section. Our liability for death or personal injury caused by our or our subcontractors' negligence is not limited in any way by this Agreement, nor is our liability limited by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

This agreement's provisions are the only things for which we are responsible. We are not liable to our User for any losses sustained outside of this Agreement, including but not limited to:

• either you fail to add funds to the payment or the bank does not process the payment for your Order within the allotted time; During the payment, you entered incorrect account information;
• you are having difficulty controlling your electronic wallet.

Local Laws

Any current provisions cannot be excluded if the laws of your home prohibit their exclusion. This is also true for the circumstances under which this legislation grants rights or incorporates terms that cannot be removed from the provisions.

Our liability will be minimized to the greatest extent permitted by law in the event that the laws of your country do not provide for any limitation on liability or responsibility, but do provide for the possibility of some limitation.

All other rights, titles, and interests in the website or its content belong solely to Zintech and its licensors, and no other use of the website or its content is permitted. Amendments

Validity

The validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement will not be affected by any provision that is found to be invalid or unenforceable in accordance with applicable law. The unenforceable provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will be enforced if found to be unenforceable.

Language

English should be used for this agreement and any notifications or information you or we provide. This Agreement and other documents' translations are provided solely for your convenience and may not accurately reflect the original English content. In case of any irregularity, the English language form of this Understanding or different records will win.

M&A

We reserve the right to transfer or assign the information we have collected from you and our relationship with you (including this Agreement) as part of a merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control in the event that Zintech is acquired by or merged with a third party.

Survival

The Sections pertaining to suspension or termination, User Account cancellation, debts owed to Zintech, general use of the website, disputes with Zintech, and general provisions, among others, will continue to be binding and in effect after the termination or expiration of this Agreement. This applies to all provisions of this Agreement that by their nature extend beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Governing Law

The laws of Estonia govern any agreement based on these provisions. The parties implicitly consent to the Estonian courts' jurisdiction.

Countries with restrictions

The following nations do not receive any services from us: Bangladesh, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Central African Republic, China, Congo, Cuba, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Iceland, Indonesia, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Japan, Korea (Democratic People's Republic of), Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Martinique, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palau, Palestine (State of), Philippines, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, United States, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

PLAN FOR REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS.

All trades made on Zintech are final because of the nature of the cryptocurrency markets. Please read our official policy on refunds below.

• Any and all funds deposited into the accounts of Zintech members may be refunded to the original method upon request, provided that the funds remain in the user's initial fiat balance. A partial refund may be processed upon the user's request if only a portion of the funds remain in the account.
• The same payment method that was used for the initial funding will be used to process all refund requests.
• The Zintech system cannot issue a refund for funds that have been exchanged for cryptocurrency.
• A refund is not available for any funds that have been withdrawn from the Zintech website using any available method.
